Fully involved, leading the E&IT Preparation Team on site. Planned and prepared all works on site. Prepared all relevant documents and Materials for site supervisors. Physically marked on site, all designated positions/locations (using Platform design engineering coordinates, AFC, Job cards etc.) for Cable Tray supports, Equipment supports, Junction box and Panel Frames, Cable routings, Air manifold supports and other equipment installation. Liaised with Client for approvals of all completed and Precommissioned works daily. Prepared and defended all E&IT Permits for approvals by client.
NNPC Portharcourt Refinery Jetties A&B Rehabilitation, Warri, Portharcourt and Okrika completed
Fully involved in the Production of all Project Engineering design documents; Jetty Process Flow Diagram, P&ID upgrade for the Manifolding of the 3 White Products, Data sheets, Material Requisition sheets, Earthing & Cathodic protection drwgs, Electrical load list, Single line diagrams, Instrument location drwgs, Instrument installation drwgs, Cause & effect matrix, Logic & Loop drwgs, etc. FAT carried out at Vendor yard (Invensys Systems).
